Women find it very scary when the doctor diagnoses that she has fibroids in uterus and he/ she gives prescription drugs or recommends surgery. You don’t have to get alarmed by the diagnosis of having fibroids in your uterus and I would like to assure you that this is not the end of your world. There are a number of alternative therapies available for treating the fibroids in your uterus by natural means.

What are fibroids? How do they occur? One you can answer these questions, you’ll find it easier to understand why alternative medicine could be the best way to reduce fibroids in size.

Uterine fibroids are growths, consisting of smooth muscle tissue, occurring in the uterus. Although many women have uterine fibroids, they do not usually cause issues because they are very small. When the growths become too large or grow in certain spots in the uterus, they may begin to cause symptoms.

One symptom is stomach bloating that makes some women look “pregnant,” while other women simply experience a slight bloating or discomfort. A more serious warning sign is intense pain and/or abnormal bleeding. Bleeding is deemed abnormal when periods become extremely heavy, last more than 7 days, and/or spot between periods.

Women who are trying to conceive can also find that their fibroids make becoming pregnant more difficult. Fibroids can block fallopian tubes, preventing fertilization. Fibroids near the uterine lining can disrupt implantation or cause miscarriage. Additionally, women with very large fibroids may find that the sheer size of the tumor prevents them from becoming pregnant.

First of all, you must know the reason for the abnormal growth of the fibroids. You might find that a lot of theories are being floated on this; however, in my personal experience, I found that my clients who suffer from the worst symptoms are those who have been exposed to high levels of toxins. These toxins are artificial chemicals that are structurally similar to the estrogen naturally found in the human body; these are classified under the category of xenoestrogens.

Xenoestrogens are found in many products women use and ingest every day. They are sprayed on fruits and vegetables, used in non-organic meat and dairy products, in cosmetics, in household cleaners, and in some pharmaceutical drugs. After asking women with severe fibroids to switch to organic fruits, vegetables, meat, dairy, cosmetics, and households cleaners, I have found that these simple changes improve their fibroid symptoms a great deal.

If you are encountering problems with your fibroids, I recommend that you consider detoxing these xenoestrogen chemicals from your body. Body cleansing is a way you can do this, and it simply consists of taking certain herbs to cleanse the colon, liver, kidneys and to expel heavy metal and parasite toxins from your body. The body cleansing kit we recommend takes 28 days, yet it’s important to note that everyone notices changes within the first seven days.

During the detoxification process, you should use natural herbs for balancing your hormones. The organic herbal supplement, FibroidClear, contains herbs; this not only helps in reducing the size of the fibroids but also help the body to balance out estrogen and progesterone by natural means. Reduction of uterine spasms and heavy bleeding are some of the other benefits that you could get by using this supplement.

The last step in reducing severe fibroids is the addition of another supplement, AlkaGreens Plus. In addition to switching to organic foods, there is a group of “superfoods” which help reduce fibroid tumors. AlkaGreens Plus is a concentrate of these “superfoods;” taking this supplement will insure that you get the benefit of these “superfoods” without the hassle of shopping, portioning, and cooking them.

Unlike surgery or drugs, this natural way to heal fibroids in uterus does not have side effects. You will start to feel an improvement in mere weeks.
