Fibroids In Uterus
If you have been diagnosed with fibroids in the uterus, you are probably scared by your doctor’s suggestion to treat them with surgery or prescription drugs. I can tell you that there are many natural, alternative treatments out there which do not involve surgery or prescription drugs.
Let’s begin by understanding exactly what fibroids are and how they are caused. Then you will understand how natural remedies can benefit you.
Uterine fibroids grow in the uterus, and they are made of smooth muscle tissue. Many women have fibroids, but they are usually too small to be noticed or cause problems. However, when a fibroid grows too big, or grows in particular parts of the uterus, unpleasant symptoms can occur.
Some of these unpleasant symptoms include intense pain, abnormal bleeding (heavy bleeding during periods, bleeding for seven days or more, or spotting in between periods), bloating, and general discomfort. Some women even complain that they look pregnant because their fibroids have become so large.
Women who are trying to conceive can also find that their fibroids make becoming pregnant more difficult. Fibroids can block fallopian tubes, preventing fertilization. Fibroids near the uterine lining can disrupt implantation or cause miscarriage. Additionally, women with very large fibroids may find that the sheer size of the tumor prevents them from becoming pregnant.
No one knows exactly what causes fibroids, or what causes them to grow so large in some women. I have found that, in my clients who suffer the worst symptoms, high exposure to toxins is the culprit. These toxins fall under the category of xenoestrogens, which are man-made chemicals very similar in chemical structure to the estrogen produced by a woman’s body.
Xenoestrogen chemicals are environmental estrogens and pesticides sprayed on fruits and vegetables contain this; in addition, some pharmaceutical drugs, household products, cosmetics and non-organic sources of meat and dairy also contain these chemicals. My clients were asked to switch over to organic foods, natural cosmetics and cleaning products and I found that in these clients the growth of their fibroids has retarded showing improvement in their symptoms.
If you are encountering problems with your fibroids, I recommend that you consider detoxing these xenoestrogen chemicals from your body. Body cleansing is a way you can do this, and it simply consists of taking certain herbs to cleanse the colon, liver, kidneys and to expel heavy metal and parasite toxins from your body. The body cleansing kit we recommend takes 28 days, yet it’s important to note that everyone notices changes within the first seven days.
During the detox period, you can begin balancing your hormones with natural herbs. FibroidClear is an organic herbal supplement that helps to reduce fibroid size and assists the body in balancing estrogen and progesterone levels. In addition, FibroidClear can reduce instances of uterine spasms and abnormal bleeding.
As I mentioned previously, an organic diet is very important to avoid toxins. Other foods, such as “superfood” vegetables, can help reduce the size of growths. These foods provide the nutrients necessary to heal the growths, restore lost blood from heavy cycles, and help the body to detoxify. Fast results can often be obtained by ingesting these foods in a concentrated form (AlkaGreens Plus).
